Percutaneous versus open release of trigger digit

چکیده

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of percutaneous release trigger digit compare results with that open surgery .
 Methods: Those patients have been submitted according Green grading severity (grade II & III), then divided into 2 groups randomly each 26 patients. The 1st group has treated 2nd release. Patients both procedures followed up for 8 days 28 days, record estimate pain postoperative, infection, injury nerve digits, repetition or continuation triggering movement fingers.
 Results: There was no differencies in statistical analysis groups, although there a tendency earlier return Of daily living hand activities full range motion also complication rates where low , difference insignificantly compared group.
 Conclusion: According study, techniques weren't significant statistically differences postoperative pain, recovery motor function, patient satisfaction, but our shows are safer more effective techniques.
